Market and competitor analysis as well as implementation of sales and business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Management of regional customer relationships, analysis of customer requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Leading pricing, contract and nomination negotiations while ensuring profitability throughout the full product lifecycle, including nomination phase, SOP pricing, annual price reductions and VAVE activities in serial production
Monitoring and follow-up of development fees, tooling costs, prototype charges and other outstanding customer payments
Coordination of internal departments such as R&D, quality, project management and production to resolve customer-related issues
Management of key projects from RFQ to SOP using professional project management methods
Planning and controlling sales-related budgets and expenses
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of customer-facing sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in automotive seating or automotive interiors
Proven track record in independently developing and managing key accounts and successfully delivering complex sales projects
Strong understanding of seating systems, product technologies, market trends, competitor strategies and product positioning
Solid knowledge of end-to-end sales and marketing processes, quotation procedures, order handling and commercial management
Excellent negotiation, business development and customer-oriented communication skills
Strong capabilities in project management, data analysis, problem identification and problem solving
Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and project support
Fluent English skills (written and spoken), and strong intercultural communication abilities
