The manufacturing engineer is responsible for layout planning, assembly process planning, process documents preparing, support for seat assembly equipment development, automation, new project acquisition; He/she coordinates process and manufacturing prior to the series production phase in close cooperation with the project team.
• Quotation and manufacturing evaluation of new projects, output equipment investment, working hours, staffing and site area, etc., for cost accounting.
• Customer technical reports in the acquisition phase of new projects.
• Process planning of awarded projects, process document preparation and equipment import.
• Participate in the introduction of new technologies/new equipment/new processes.
• Participate in plant process audit.
• Participate in the planning of new plant layout, and plant renovation.
• Implementation of the improvement plan of the existing plant layout.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• At least 3 years of assembly process experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of assembly process (seat assembly process is a plus)
• Knowledge of screwing/camera/error proofing/line balancing/ testing/robot
• Knowledge of PFMEA, work instruction, POKA-YOKE list
• Ability to represent manufacturing in cross-functional teams
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote team

An accountant is responsible for managing an organization's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting finalizing accurate financial reporting. This role is critical in helping the business make informed decisions by preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Maintain and oversee the company’s general ledger, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring they are in balance and all discrepancies are resolved.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all journal entries are posted, accounts are reconciled, and financial statements are completed on time.
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and other accounting & taxation standards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Contact person for tax consultants and auditors as well as for our specialist departments on tax issues.
• Documentation and optimization of workflows and processes.
• Regularly review financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls and reduce risks.
• Successfully completed education or training as an accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d), or studies with a relevant focus
• Years of professional experience in accounting, experience in automotive industry will be of advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), tax laws, and financial software.
• Analytical thinking as well as the ability and pleasure to take on new challenges
• Ability to communicate and work in a team and international perspective understanding
• Good command of English and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Know-how about SAP will be of advantage.
